Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. Q. How do I place my order?

A.

  • Click on the product you want to buy.
  • Click on the “Add To Cart” option.
  • You can add multiple products to the cart by opening different products and adding it to the cart.
  • After that, click “Cart” on the menu bar.
  • Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout”.
  • Fill in all the billing detail and check the Order detail (including total cost).
  • Click on the “Order place” button below the form.
  • Hence, your order is placed, and you will get a confirmation email of your order details.
  • You can receive your order through the Cash On Delivery(COD) method.

Q. How do I cancel an order on Bin Roop

A. To cancel your order, log in to your account. For the guest users, they can call our helpline during office hours to cancel their orders. You can also cancel an order during the final confirmation call.


Q. What is your returns policy?

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. For the refund policy, visit the “Refund policy” form.

Q. What is your delivery time to deliver?

A. We deliver in 2-3 working days after the confirmation call.

Q. How to order an out-of-stock product?

A. You can pre-order any product that is out of stock by contacting us through a call or email.
